Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run and improve the service:
- Account information you provide (name, email, workspace settings).
- Content you create in the workspace (prompts, outputs, uploaded files).
- Usage and diagnostic events used to keep the product reliable.
How we use data
Your prompts and outputs are private by default and are not used to train third-party models. We use aggregated, non-identifying analytics to understand feature usage and improve performance.
Cookies & analytics
We use privacy-respecting cookies for essential functionality and Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic understanding. You can opt out by disabling analytics cookies in your browser.
Data retention
Workspace content is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, associated content is removed within 30 days from primary storage and within 90 days from backups.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To make a request, email privacy@asysora.com.
