Every paid ASYSORA plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial in your billing settings — no charge, no questions.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are charged for a new subscription and are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund of that billing period.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel or change plan at any time from Billing in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and no partial-period refunds are issued for renewals.
Credits
Monthly AI credits reset at the start of each billing period. Up to 20% of unused credits roll over to the next period. Credits themselves are non-refundable in cash.
How to request a refund
Email support@asysora.com from the address on your account with your order reference. Refunds are processed via Paddle to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
